Delivery
times: All costumes are "made to order." Please allow 8 to
10 Weeks to receive your order.
Deposits: All orders must me accompanied by
your 50% deposit either by check or credit card.
Fax or
Phone orders: Feel free to call or fax in your orders.
What ever is easier for you. If you are sending a check, we will
simply hold the order until we receive the check.
Payments: For the balance of your order—We can
charge your same credit card the day we ship, we can wait for
notification from you, we can wait for your check or ship COD.
Please let us know which method you prefer at the time you place
your order. Remember, we can't ship your order until we receive
payment for the balance of your order. (Except COD)
Shipping: All shipments will be shipped UPS
regular ground unless you specify another method. Shipments outside
the continental US will require 2nd day air. Shipping charges are
detailed on your order form. All shipments are sent FOB, Los
Angeles, California.
Cancellations: Unfortunately, we cannot cancel
orders due to the "made to order" nature of this business. If you
cancel your order before we have shipped it, your deposit will be
forfeited. Once we have shipped it, we cannot cancel it.
Returns and
Exchanges: We cannot take items back once we have shipped
them (see above) the only exceptions are as follows: If you need
another size we will do our best to accommodate you. However, we
cannot make any guarantees that we will have the size to exchange
for you. Please make sure you are getting the right size. If you
should receive a damaged item we will replace it as soon as
possible.
Additions: Any additions to your orders will
be treated as separate orders.
Shortages,
Damages, etc. Please check your orders as soon as you
receive them. We must receive notice of any issues within one week
of delivery. On the rare occasion that items are lost or damaged in
transit, please report that issue to the carrier. (UPS) Diva
Costumes cannot be responsible.
