To Pay by Check: Please mail a check for the total amount due, or 50% of the total amount. The 8- to 10-week production period won't start until we receive your check. The second check payment is due 6 weeks after the first. We can't send your shipment until the second check is rec'd.

Cancelation and Returns: Due to the "made to order" nature of this business, we cannot cancel orders or take back returns. We will gladly make exchanges if you have a damaged item.
EXCHANGES for sizes; we will do our best to accommodate an exchange for sizes when possible. Costumes are made to order, so if you get the wrong size, you may have to re-order and wait another 8 weeks. Always err to the side of a larger outfit if you are between sizes.

Exchange fee: $5.00 per costume when available. Please make extra certain you order the correct size. Costumes are made to order and we can't always accommodate your size exchanges. Always err to the side of a larger outfit if you are unsure.
